Forward-thinking  Swansea Youth Service in south-west Wales has launched a new website with video uploading facilities:
"It allows young people aged between 11 and 25 to write news stories, upload videos and use state-of-the-art digital storytelling techniques and photos to let other people know what they’ve been doing at their local youth projects, groups and organisations."
