Sheilagh called round Sunday night and we discussed all kinds of
thinks. One idea she raised stuck in my mind as a really good idea.
She told me of the time when she was in a school as a visitor and lots
of the children came up to her in the playground and said: “look at me
skipping, Miss!”; “look at how fast I can run Miss;”
authority and who don’t discipline children - in school playgrounds,
not for any particular reason other than to be impressed by and
interested in children’s achievements. Someone to listen.
